OUR STORY
CrossFit Fenix was born in October of 2023, when a group of ten athletes at a gym in Maumee, OH, along with their spouses and partners, felt the need to keep their community together. Through the hard work and dedication of the founders as well as dozens of others in the greater Toledo community, CrossFit Fenix opened for its first workout on Wednesday, November 1st, 2023.

COMMUNITY - CrossFit Fenix is a community-owned and community-oriented gym. You - our members, clients, and guests - are the most important part of what we do at CrossFit Fenix.
INCLUSIVITY - At CrossFit Fenix, everyone is welcomed regardless of fitness-level, athletic ability, or experience. We will do everything we can to make you feel comfortable and accepted at CrossFit Fenix.
FUN - At CrossFit Fenix we are all about enjoying the fitness journey. You can expect smiling faces, laughter, and excitement whenever you come to CrossFit Fenix.

We believe that a CrossFit gym is only as strong as its community. We want everyone who walks through our doors to feel like part of the family, whether this is the beginning of your fitness journey or you’re someone who has been involved in fitness for a long time.
We believe in building each other up and giving unconditional support.
We believe in maintaining an atmosphere that is friendly, inclusive, positive, encouraging, competitive, optimistic, and cooperative. No matter who you are or where you’re from, you are welcome at CrossFit Fenix. We strive to meet clients where they are and to guide them to their next level.

Whether you’re striving to improve your physical fitness and mental well-being or looking for a community of others to hold you accountable, we are dedicated to helping you achieve your goals and find your place.
Superior Coaching
We believe that coaching matters. We will strive to always have a coaching staff that is knowledgeable, approachable, and dedicated to the safety, health, and progression of our athletes. We will strive to have a staff that is attentive and will coach all athletes who enter our gym whether they are a novice CrossFitter or a high-level athlete. We believe that every single client is entitled to elite coaching.
